Suzanne Monier made her debut in the brokerage field in 1987 while completing her University studies in Economics and Sociology. Between two sessions, she decided to take the real estate training course out of personal interest at which point she discovered her true calling: Real Estate Brokerage.

Following on the job training at a prestigious Westmount brokerage firm, Suzanne opened her own agency in 1992. Over the past 34 years, throughout the fluctuations of the real estate market, Suzanne Monier trained and mentored brokers, participated in various projects, worked as an investment consultant, excelled in sales and rentals of residential and commercial immovable properties, corporate international relocation, furnished temporary leasing for elite business entities and also catered to the complex demands of the entertainment world. Since 1999 Suzanne Monier has been a member of the Canadian Commercial Council of Realtors of the Canadian Real Estate Association. Along the way, she obtained a Master' s degree in Business Administration which complemented her focus in the field of Real Estate Investment.
